Oh man that sucks haha. If you toss the photoshop file in a folder linked to Dropbox.com it will automatically save it incrementally. Been a life-saver for me!
It stores some settings that lightmass will use. Just search for baselightmass.ini and for udklightmass.ini in the udk folder and change the lightmap compression lines from true to false.
Your images aren't appearing. Right-click on an image in your Dropbox folder, and choose "Copy Public Link" then use this on the forum, with Insert Image.
I use the script way, but you need to match the name exactly and the material needs to be in the startup folder, or it won't be able to find it. Nice with the video :)
