3DS Max (2013) Rotation Gizmo issue

This is a minor problem, but one I feel is worth mentioning in the hopes that someone knows a solution. With an object selected, rotating said object will show the angle data above the gizmo assuming you haven't unchecked "show angle data" in your gizmo preferences. When in subobject mode, angle data is not shown above the gimzo - but it always appears inside of the coordinate display area. I'd like to have it show in both subobject and object mode, if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it quite a bit.
