Just started a new project on my free time,to brush up on some sculpting and pick up some new skills. This is the progress on the character so far, simple sculpt of the body mesh with some detailing started. I plan on refining the details and after that adding some more minute details. Assuming your project involves high to low poly bake workflow? then from my perspective both elements completed thus far seem fine, imo nicely quadrafied too project an optimised proxy off of. High Poly done in Maya- Xnormal for baking- nDo for some finer detail normal mapping - dDo for base textures. I was inspired by Dead Space and the Remington Chainsaw tutorial for the dDo breakdown.
