I think you need more loops and shape definition on arms and elbows. Not only due to shape, but due to future animation too. Also I think you have very variable polygon density - face and feets seems to have a lot of polygons, but body is quite simple. If you make clothes like this it could be litlle difficult to weight it… -
Maya "Create UV Shell" after adding thickness issue
