Maya: Quad draw visibility. Need assistance.
Hello there. I'm having trouble finding a shading/ view that makes it easy to retoplogize using quad draw in Maya. With x-ray, the mesh becomes too convoluted (backside of mesh complicated editing) and with x-ray off the edges of the retoplogized mesh fall under the base mesh and become hidden. wtf is happening?!
...I have no idea why my images show up like they have a terrible filter applied to them, and this only happens in chrome. Thanks for your reply! I have an Arnold skylight set to 0.2 and a directional light set to 1.0. The weird thing is is that if I save out this beauty render from render view as a single jpeg it looks fine. Tif, tga, png look dark. I also have the gamma in the render view set to 2.2 as it was too dark when it was set to 0. -
