started working on the diffuse, mostly just working on the metal atm, so plenty to do yet...havent even got a grime layer on the armour yet...still, progress is progress :) thanks for looking
concepts update, been a little busy at work so not as much progress as i would of liked, still progressing though :) . Not sure where the octopus character would fit in, but i kinda like it.

For me it's progression, I easily fall in love with a game where I feel that my and my character is progressing as the story goes on. And games that I can alt-tab without crashing the game or my pc :)
