Nice sub divided base mesh and mostly the dimensions do seem accurate enough, (of course accounting for camera skewed focal length) I'm also curious if you're planning to continue with your project forward too completion for an eventual portfolio entry? Comparable, as an example to this finalized Jaguar group C racer,…
Hey everyone! I’m calling this environment finished now. =) This project started out as a simple idea but turned into a really fun deep dive into lighting, fog, mood, and scene readability. I learned a lot along the way, especially with Unreal’s exposure settings and how to shape a dark scene without losing clarity. Since…
Blender basics, shows how to change focal length in viewport and in camera view. Hope this helps. #blender #tutorial #cgian Watch here, https://cgian.com/2024/01/how-to-change-focal-length-in-blender

The lighting is flat and it’s all in a neutral tonal range, nothing stands out as a focal point or point of interest. - the car angle is too straight on, and creates…
I think your lighting is really blown out. Maybe drop the volumetric scattering in the directional light or the fog density, and decrease the directional light overall. If the scene becomes too dark, increase the skylight intensity. It's currently a bit difficult to read details in your scene. I'd also suggest to iron out…
While I do agree with some of the things said in this thread and all games courses have their share of problems, there are some positives. I'm currently on my first year of games design at Northumbria University. While I am not learning anything I haven't already knew, for a vast amount of people this is a first contact…
@thomasp Honestly you seem to have been pretty consistent with your mindset and not at all confusing ;) The three buttons seem to vary in consistency as Wacom isnt very consistent with how tough they are to press so I may just be very unlucky. The third button though is fantastic for a multi display setup as I have it…
