Symmetry,Retopology problem Zbrush

When i m trying to do a retopology i press symmentry and start making mesh but on the other side the mesh is a littlebit further from a model. This happend first time to me. It s my second time sculpting model in Zbrush.

Your model may not be in the center of the ZBrush canvas. Go to the deformations palet (under the tool menu) and hit unify. This will recenter your model and it will also resize it to the optimal sculpting size in ZBrush. Just so you know.

I already tried that but it wasn t working. I didn t have this problem with previous model though.

Turn on Local Symmetry.

check the position of the object in world space if it's at 0 in x and still not symmetrical you probably broke it on accident just hit mirror and weld.

Well i didnt find the problem I made retopology in C4D. Thank s for all your kind replies.
