I read the license but that is not clear to me, can i use materials from megascan (free) to create content to sell on unreal marketplace? No selling the materials of course, but rather using them as a starting point to texture assets like chairs, tables etc..

Hi everyone, This is not a major issue but I was curious how to get rid of the yellow highlighted graphic from the objects I import from Megascan bridge without deleting the objects with it. I try to delete the xyz coordinate graphic it deletes all the objects also. Visual of what I am talking about below.
