Splitting Megascan Model and Textures

I'm working with some of the larger cliff models from Megascans and 8k is a bit agressive so I'm working with 4k.

Obviously this has degraded the quality pretty significantly, I'm wondering if anyone knows of ways (applications) to cut up a mesh and textures into smaller assets.

Doing it manually is a nightmare since the models are triangulated and dense.
