Is it ever okay NOT to connect vertices?
In a low-poly game model, is it ever okay to NOT connect vertices and instead just have a poly-face stick into a mesh? Example: An arm connects to the shoulder of a character. Which is kind of natural, so any game that is popular enough and has a competitive element, will become an e-sport. It doesn't matter if it's Pokemon or Counter-Strike.
