Problem with tile texture in material Editor

Hi! this is my first Post, because i don´t found the button to create a new Thread.

i am looking for reduce de size texture and move in the UV using the node Material, so, i found a reference where somebody make this in a example, but, when i make this, I didn´t get the same result, in the example you can see how the image get more small without tiles.

So which part of that image is your material and what's the reference?
Mind showing a pic of your full texture to understand what you want to achieve exactly?

i guess i missing something, any config or something
