Yea, that's for sure. Don't want a lawsuit on your hands. If at all possible, take your own photos. If you can't, then buy copyright-free image CDs. Multiple Textures swapped On Same Object
I have around 80 different textures to render on the same mesh eg. loads of jackets, gloves etc. They are sequentially numbered and the mesh is static (this is for a menu screen).
