Welcome to polycount! In regards to improving my drawing skills, I did it mostly by drawing through observation repeatedly. I'm not a magnificent artist, but it has definitely helped me make significant progress by just drawing over and over again.
[ QUOTE ] sheesh, I like how he takes credit for drawing this. I've seen this drawing before but I can't place it, maybe MAD magazine? [/ QUOTE ] Maybe he actually did draw it for the magazine?
Hello everyone, Shadow Demon Entertainment is in need of an exceptional concept artist and skilled environment artist to help us with our current project. Both positions are non-paying until we are funded or published. This will be a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with a team and publishing a title.…
Hello I'm a beginner wishing to start seriously and improve. I currently draw 4 hours (at most) a day but I need to push it further. There was a podcast by Feng Zhu (Design Cinema Podcast EP 6), and I remember something like "it needs to be at least 6 hours or longer or else you will never reach professional standards".…

If i got to redo it i would focus on 1 thing till it was "mastered", and then maybe move on. I got stuck into doing polar opposites…

Drawing skulls, drawing from pictures and occasionally doodle to develop my own style. So to start things off: Edit: Got rid of crappy doodle.
