FBX animation moves in Maya but not in FBX Review

It's pretty sad when must-have Max features had to be written as plugins before Autodesk added them (quad chamfer). That shows Max development can see you lagging behind a bit in the world of '3D' unless you're having the budget to buy all the plugins or write scripts to do nice things. First off, use Anisotropic, not Blinn since you hair is no Fur solution, although I'm not sure how much they updated it in Max 2014.
