I'm working on an open source project to bring basic bump-map and specular effects to background images on the web. Demo here. (view on iPhone for tilt functions) But I need help from a 3D texture artist who can produce some lovely public-domain/licence-free textures for people to work with. This illustration indicates the…
Hey Polycount, I recent started to help with an indie game called SURVIVOR. I'm doing environment art and I would love some feedback on the assets I'm making so I can improve the look of my work and make some better portfolio pieces. I'll keep updating this thread as I make more stuff. The game is set on an island In the…
Hey guys, I'm a couple weeks from finishing my Masters project, which is meant to be a 1900s boarding school library set in a survival horror game. I took a couple of days to work on lighting and would appreciate any feedback or critiques as it is def not my strong point! The scene is really empty so imagine more things in…

The macro contains a lot of nodes and will build for a long time going up to about 150% before completing, I have encountered the bug that causes the terrain not to show only once and I believe it to be a world machine bug rather than a problem with the macro.
32-36. Freaking inferno out there. I'm glad I paid the 190€ for an AC unit. I can't sleep well when it's 26 or more in the evening. Doesn't help that my room stays at 30 when it's cooled down to 25 outside.
You bastard. Yeah I remember the whole debate with the different panels used back when I bought my own BW. I recently bought a t220 (as a second monitor) for 190 euros and it sucks compared to my good ole 226bw.
