Roosters method is all lights, the method Sama.Van is looking for is more selective and would only apply to lights using his script. Oh and I still can't find out why it doesn't accept 0 Sama.Van. I can use 0 in 2008, and seaching online, didn't see anything mentioning it.

Or move all the UVs back to 0-1 space and export that version to Mudbox as your "painting" model. Do not use this "painting" model for baking as all those UVs in 0-1 space would cause errors. There's no need to bring it back into Max since all you are after is the textures made in Mudbox.

Hey @sprunghunt , thanks for replying. Maybe I'm forgetting something obvious here, but that condition is not enough. If I create a cube and execute that from object mode, without even entering to faces or making any subobject selection, it still enters into the if and deletes faces. (if faces != 0: or if faces is not 0: )
Parts that are out of the 0-1 space are ignored for baking, so that staking is likely not the issue.Do you have 1 identical part still in your 0-1 space for the baking to process? Do you have proper smoothing groups / hard edges on your low poly mesh?
