That's nice work son. :D No but looking at your portfolio I see some nice detail among almost all your work but the thing that lets them down is the final render. I don't know what you used to render your scenes but maybe there's something better? I get this CG vibe from them which I always treat as in-between game art and…
1. Hopefully e_x can chime in? If I could remember that Issue it was in. Im not even sure I have it anymore since I have done so much clean up in back issues taking up room. I can always hand build the rig if need be, but I suck at creating IK and dummy object stuff to help make the rig easier to manipulate. 2. My mistake.…
I think I've mostly finalized how modular spidermech exteriors are assembled, and have lore explanations for how/what/why everything is built. Work was done on a biomechanical & neural interface covering that encapsulates the wooden interior frame. https://youtu.be/1zG4eE5v29E Have a great week!
Hey guys! So I'm not a regular poster on here. I don't tend to share a lot of my work, but this is a new attempt to start getting some feedback and put my work out there! Bobby.jrice@yahoo.com A lot of you asked questions about how long it took to make the textures. Ready at…

Thats some really great work. I have a few tips to help sell it for all its worth. - Start off with a beauty shot, not a construction shot. A magician wow's the crowd first and reveals his/her secrets later, backstage and only if you beg, for hours/days. - The distillery, is awesome. Amazing style and excellently painted…
it works ok only in rare cases where photo resembles heigh info . Something taken at overcast sky and more or less color even . In all other cases such normal maps look awful when light angles are sharp to surface . Adobe Sampler have AI that could try to guess height info but it works more or less fine for those cloudy…
