Well thats Ivy Bridge-E, which is a sort of performance oriented version, and considering that Sandy Bridge-E (X79 Chipset) only launched around the beginning of this year it isn't too bad. Ivy Bridge for 1155 socket mobos launches April 29th, with some dual core versions launching in June.

You want to use an HD IK solver. (History Dependent) Go to the Hierarchy Panel > IK tab and you can define joint restrictions, joint limits, and sliding.
