@thomasp it's on the lowest end sub $50 gpu, I think Jed was right, it is most likely the gpu struggling. Here it is compared to the GTX 960 (best price/performance ratio right now) -

When I use 960 generic units, I get the right height in UDK. So, 1 max unit = 0.1 UDK unit. How do I make it 1 : 1 ? -

Small up - 13 960 tri for all To Go: - need to model more small pieces of the scene - add lighting in renderer (now its only hdr) - fix specular, im not happy with that what i have for now -

I agree with the resolution. Based on my web stats, 90% of visitors use at least a 1280 horizontal screen resolution. So that is the min spec you should design for. That usually means that images should be about 960 pixels across. -

I used to use my Maya 8.5 almost all the time And it would move, rotate, and zoom in zoom out the camera very smoothly, until I changed into Maya 2009 I suddenly have 1 FPS even sometimes below 1 FPS, I updated my drivers, and I tried to change settings to Highest performance instead of quality in the NVIDIA control Panel,… -

That screen corruption is almost certainly the GPU. A Geforce 960 or 1050 would be a good replacement, and shouldn't cost more then about $80-120. 2500k and 8GB RAM is still perfectly fine for a basic gaming PC.
