Your drill bit looks weird, typically a drill bit is a cylinder with spiraling grooves cut into it rather than extruded out. Also, they usually don't taper down to such a sharp point. Your approach is incorrect for DS modeling. Vert counts must kept extremely low so more details come from creativity and texturing. For example, the red extruded in eyes is a waste of polygons.
