Hi, thanks for replying! Problem solved! Had to triangulate the low poly mesh before baking it

I've merged the scene in a new scene and problem solved. An old trick but worked like a charm. :)

SOLVED: This was my solution... I used the TwoSidedTexturing node to apply a -1 multipled normal map.

Problem solved , found out it was actually projection problem . The metallic surface differ in each angle .
