Thanks for answering Shrike! Problem solved! Solution for me was selecting Unwrap UVW and in Channel, instead of 'Map channel' change to 'Vertex Color Channel' and it was fixed. For other people i saw that they had to move to another channel map, because if it's in 0 it's not working properly.

SOLVED It was actually a bug, tested export again with all settings and the problem has just disappeared. I am awesome I guess LOL I keed. Christ. I really fucking hate myslef right now. I have an issue in Xgen that my groom won't generate when set to the standard Generate Primitives mode: Randomly across the surface ( which I usually use ) but when I change the generation mode it displays the hair just fine. Anyone knows what the problem might be? It would help me a lot, thanks :)
