Xoliul 2 Shader problems
I'm having some problems with Xoliul, basically it appears to darken my texture and I'm not sure what's causing it. Here's the same model in Marmoset and Xoliul And here's what the diffuse looks in Photoshop -

Because of you model UV's. Displacement is a map sampled along UV, like a diffuse or a bump, so you have to unwrap properly. -

By renering model, I meant actually are you planning to rely on Diffuse, Specular, Gloss, etc? for textures, or used a Physically Based Shader? -

The shader is more for baking a Specular Highlight map out of Maya to slap on my diffuse in Photoshop, for use in UE4. Thanks for the advice though :) -

In faking details, can I also have my Normal maps be smaller than my diffuse to save space? Or is that a BAD idea?
