$18-20, IMO is very base level work/pay these days. I say shoot for $22. In the OC/San Diego, California area... 18-20 is tough to live off of on your own. Apple mini M4pro vs laptop with rtx4080?
I am using 15" laptop but never laptop screen really . It's too small for working comfortably . Since there's clear ref it's good to go through one by one and see where and when and how close you matched the ref. My desktop test stripes picture started to show colors while should be perfectly gray. So my guess it's time to re-calibrate.
