One thing that really helps me is to overlay my model with the ref image. Then I can see any issues with proportion. The chin and the right eye are in a good place, so I lined up the reference image with those parts of the face. But the head, nose and neck should be wider and the shoulders should be higher. Usually I do…
I think this is a feature to compensate for viewing angle. This is not a feature - this is probably just the Cintiq product line having its usual alignement issues near the edges of the screen. You'll have to get into the habit of not hoping to get good accuracy in this area.
...where women, video games, and penis size are kept at a minimum. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/01/26/china_game_ban/ Why ban The Sims2? edit: also, check out the "topless teen game ban" link at the bottom. WTF? who would create and sell, or ever play such a game? that deserves the ban.
Just wanted to add another vote to get rid of all the clutter that accompanies the posts. Both the entire line of 'Re: (Subject)' and the 'Post Extras' seem unecesary to me. If there's still distortion, I'll cut a few more seams. If there are peninsulas sticking out that make packing difficult, I'll cut those…

Our next game will be very different but we can’t reveal what it’s about in public yet. To help bring it to life in Unity, we're looking for a super talented VFX…
