Hello again, This was the long journey, and finally we can proudly annoucne that T.E.C. 3001 will be available on Steam from April 10, 2014. This game is good choice for everyone who like fast games full with adrenaline and heart pumping gameplay. So hardcore gamers, bring it on. Cheers!
The new "Reduce" in Maya 2014 works pretty well. Other than cleaning up my models in ZBrush or by hand in Maya, I haven't really used anything else. To add on the UDK LOD tool, CRYENGINE also has one. I'm sure there's a plugin for Unity too.

You beat me to it, :) I can’t wait to see this. Unreal 4 has come so far since 2014 and I can not wait to see where UE5 take us. I wonder if they will show the user interface and if it will be any different, so far it looks just like UE4.

I think most people agree this won't pass on the first try. Maybe 2014 or something will be a bit more realistic for decriminalizing pot. Turbosmooth Pro uses elements of OpenSubdiv, I believe. It's a great modifier. It seems like it should have been an acquisition for Max 2014. Ptex is very interesting but it requires dense geometry, which we tend to avoid in-engine. I'm not sure when it will find an application in real-time tech.

Does everyone else have this issue or is it just me? Im running maya 2014 on an imac. It says "press esc to interrupt calculation" when Im rendering viewport playblasts or rendering with mental ray but when I press esc nothing happens and Im forced to wait ages for it to finish or just force quit maya.
I was wondering if this is possible? It's one of the main reasons I use Direct3D instead a lot of the time, but the viewport runs much smoother with Nitrous on my Geforce660, unlike my old card, so I'd like to avoid jumping between them. I'm running Max2012 but it's fine if its only on 2013/2014 as I'll eventually be…
