Yes. I am going to make about 250 different worlds for a game project. Starting with the ones closest to their stars, which are fractured lava planets. $114 seems like a good price for a MOBO. The thing with the 2600 vs 2500 is, well maybe the 2600 gets you another year or more of use out of the computer? Thats probably worth the $100 IMO. Certainly the 2500 is a good CPU, but if the 2600 lets you hold off on your next upgrade for a year or two longer I think thats worth… -
Texture sizes - calls
Its not brain science but it occurred to me that a 1024*1024 texture size contains 16 * 256 tiles. It seems that it would be rediculous to have 16 256 textures, but is it?
