On Quixel website, if I pre-order the Quixel 2.0 ($89) vs buying the Quixel Suite ($99) Hobby - Freelance Edition
(1) Do I get DDO Megascans Starter Kit with the Pre-order Quixel 2.0 ($89)? I know it isn't listed, but I want to make sure. (I want the Starter Kit and I will buy the $99 if I have to)
(2) If I buy instead the Quixel Suite ($99), it will be upgraded to the Quixel 2.0 when it comes in 2015 Fall, correct?

If you buy the Suite as it stands, yes, it will get upgraded for free when the beta testing is over.
