Dell and Samsung are the best at the moment. I have a Dell Widescreen (I think 19") at work, and a Samsung 226bw at home. I like the Samsung better, but they're both good.
Good lord, some of those stats are eye-opening. There's still an alarming proportion of people with no shader capabilities (17.8%), and there's still people with only half a gig of RAM? (19%) o_O

I have a 22" widescreen and a regular 19", their resolution heights are roughly the same (1050 and 1024) so its not that weird, but I think it might be weird if the difference in their heights were larger.
