Increasing ridiculously low volume in tutorial
Every now and then I come across a tutorial which is recorded at a very low volume, which is usually resolved by turning my speakers upto their max setting but i'm getting freaked out by uber loud sounds whilst my speakers are set this high (msn message alert etc). I never worked for vfx but my understanding that in vfx it's mostly just subdiv modelling . more subdivided models at close vs less at distance. Usually when this happens it's either because of a topology setup that mud doesnt like (it usually pops up a warning preventing you from going any further, by I guess sometimes not ...), or because of too many complex layers stacked on top of each other.
