I had some weird error where the hypershade wouldn't display anything, so I deleted my prefs and re-add only the important stuff, which fixed the problem. Maya seems to like doing this every so often... Maybe I shouldn't keep carrying over my prefs which originally started with version 4.5 or so :S -

Hello, I use maya lt for my work. And i think it is a good tool to use. Espessily after the last version. Now u have a higher polycount limit. maya lt is perfect for the workshop in my opinion. Before i used maya lt i used the student version for maya too. But i am new to the dota workshop. So that is only my opinion. -
Exporting FBX from Maya to MAX
I have a mesh that I've baked normals onto but when I export from Maya and import to MAX, the normals are universally hardened.
