I'm glad I'm not the only one who just flings stuff all over the place, I get annoyed that most apps don't have favourites like photshop does for the save dialogue, so inevitably everything ends up on the desktop as it's the quickest button to click. My F3 button is pretty worn. -

Well here is what the hotkey editor looks like for me. I remember in prev. versions that there were check boxes for the modifiers like CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, etc. Notice how the "edit" button is grayed out. It doesn't matter which function in any menu I choose, the button remains grayed out. -

Add an Editable Poly modifier if you haven't already, select the Polygon subselect mode, and look for Polygon Properties (I think). Hi, I've created some shelf buttons for the planar uv commands but they don't seem to be doing anything once the button gets added to the shelf (or typed into the script editor). Answered: Quixel Mixer - Enabling custom paint mask option missing?
I downloaded the newest release of Mixer to try it out and was viewing a Quixel tutorial on YouTube to get started. In the video at the bottom of the Layers tap there are a couple masking buttons, one of which was used in the video to paint custom opacity maps for a material. Question: Max 9 and the physique modifier ?
Im reading the tutorial for physique, and i can't find the "initialize" button. here's what i do: 1) I select the mesh (object) 2) I go in the modifier rollout 3) I apply the physique modifier over my mesh Now where is the initialize button ? i looked under every tab there is in 3dsMax. The thing that gets me is, why when split focusing was around 40 years ago cant they put it in as standard now? I doesnt make any sense what so ever. I was only using stock college d80's so the lens is gona be cheap and poor (18-70 i believe, and slow at 3.5-4.5). I get what your saying that modern lenses arent designed…
