Thank you everyone for sharing information. This might be interesting; when I saw the thread title I remembered reading this a couple years ago and being stunned by the numbers involved in rendering a single frame. Thousands of draw-calls... http://www.adriancourreges.com/blog/2015/11/02/gta-v-graphics-study/

http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/Movies/05/16/film.davinci.protests.ap/index.html I don't get what the big deal is...because Jesus might actually have had a wife and child(ren) it might totally wreck the whole fantasy that Jesus was chaste? If he married Mary M. I don't see why that wouldn't be great news to those who…
The biggest pros for sculpting in Blender (to me) so far are; * Blender has real perspective while ZBrush has a somewhat non reliable perspective. * Blender allows previewing in Eevee while Sculpting. No need to do I/O and send your files to Keyshot or Redshift or whatever renderer there is. There are other things planned…
Another option would be to create custom brush alphas from the reference image using Photoshop or Illustrator and using those alphas to stamp out the shape details in ZBrush. Nice, at 0:02 I see a problem with the squash stretch, your next frame should be stretched but still on the ground then we can see the shape change. Right now you don't feel it because it's strobing with the huge gap, you absolutely do need this gap but it should come after the stretch. Like this

Thanks!

Do you have any subsurface or transparency maps going on for the skin? It would definitely help separate the skin out more. Also, I'd pay attention to color zones for the skin. Noisy it up, right now it reads as very flat, even with the dirt. http://gurneyjourney.blogspot.com/2008/05/color-zones-of-face.html
