I used to play it a LOT online. It was quite fun, actually. Very intense FPS action, especially in the jungle maps. From what I've seen, there are quite a few mods, though I haven't played any of them before. I'd say it's worth the install
Like the updates - nice work, Peter. The animations are fun as well. I did want to ask why you went quite different on the Insect 1 model? I like the newer legs better but the original was quite different from a bunch of your other enemies.
After watching the clip it makes me think that such an engine would be awesome for a non-linear Giants: Citizen Kabuto type of game. Lots of potential play styles, shit to do, seems fun. Interesting work, hope you find an artist. Reminds me of 'Infinity'.
vig: -_- yea if I didnt have a extreme allergy to milk (or are you making fun of me about that one? :p ) but I spent all of friday driving around/ applying locally...doing the same monday again and the full rest of the week continuing to do the same.
the environment looks beautiful. Not too sure about the floaty game mechanics/text popping up everywhere, but who knows maybe it'll be fun when you actually play it. Missing the days of Myst and even Morrowind's find locations by reading horrible directions in a journal.
I have recently become addicted to EVE. Warhammer was fun in the beta. Good luck getting in to smash some heads, kp. I'm surprised they don't have a free trial... isn't there like some invite-a-friend system that lets you have a week's trial?
not only is it valentines day its me and my GF's anniversery. i met her at an anti valentines day party where single people were having fun and sayin F off to dumb love birds. kinda ironic. its been 3 years.
You should have a concept to work from before opening your modeling program. That way you don't have to think! Or, maybe take a little time off? Not modeling for a week isn't a huge deal. Go have some fun and find your inspiration.
Those "hardcore Fallout Fans" should just give Bethesda a fucking break. What has been released so far from Fallout3 looks really promising, and being able to run around in 1st/3rd Person in the World of Fallout should be good fun.
:D That's precisely what we were hoping would happen. @cryid - Totally stole the idea from Face Off. Love that show. Kinda like this great company, too http://www.childsown.com/. But shhh, I don't want to spoil the fun for any contestants :poly124:
