praise the maker, got to rush post been a bit but i got results worth sharing i think especially since idk if anyone figured out the "issues" with blenders EEVEE renderings/viewport situations i took a long while to be honest: This is EEVEE , yes i did "fix it for me"; idk if anyone else did it for themselves. I made SOoo…
Hi! Perhaps share some more information how you implemented this in the material. It's likely I came across works of Alex on AS, but am unfamiliar with his tutorials/ specific workflow. Best attach files that allow re-producing the issue (zip and attach to post). If you don't want to share the whole model, isolate an area…
@FrankPolygon Thank you very much for your post. I think that you are right. I currently borrowed Nikon D90 with lense 18-108mm. Here are examples photos - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1fNPIJ4f2Fm6kcvngAPbopVXen-4u8Rz4?usp=sharing These were taken as NEF (raw format) and I did some quick post production in…

That 90° angle of the box shares the same uv island with two sides of your box so the normal map tries to compensate for the extreme angle change (correct me if i am wrong). You can fix it by either placing your seams at the sharp angles and producing more islands…
@Lightweight - a few things to consider: - The lighting conditions in your photo are very different from your choice of environment light in Toolbag. Maybe somebody faced the same problem and can share…

I worked for a while making my own art and learning the artist's pipeline because I could never find an artist willing to work with me when I had nothing to show for as a programmer. So I made a gameplay reel of sorts to actually show artists reading this that I'm actually capable as a programmer! Here's the gameplay reel:…
