I worked for a while making my own art and learning the artist's pipeline because I could never find an artist willing to work with me when I had nothing to show for as a programmer.
So I made a gameplay reel of sorts to actually show artists reading this that I'm actually capable as a programmer!

There's a lot implemented, there's pathfinding for the AI companions, fully working character state machines with their own behavior, shadows, fully working HUD with character statistics, enemy AI, party controls which allow to switch characters, attack combo animations which chain attack animations, scrolling combat text that is fully 2D in a 3D world and 2D sprites based in 3D world position...
I hope this inspires some confidence.
I'm looking for an artist that likes the style I'm going for, excuse my amateur art but it was for demo purposes. I want to make something as a team with the artist, so I'm open to gameplay ideas, concepts, and I'm open to 2D or 3D, I just want somebody serious.
