jackets like trenchcoats have belts/belt loops. I'm not sure about a military jacket like that, does seem kind of out of place. doesn't seem to me like someone with a gut like that would do up that belt to make it more obvious
i like the cloth. The whole character feels like it is stretched vertically. Like especially around the chest and shoulders. There's a weird triangle shape across the peck, that could be interesting if it was worked up a little more. Right now it just looks like incorrect musculature.

brutal honesty? :P i dont like the oversaturated red. i really like seven's idea of the stripes on the front of the saw, but i like the colors doeseph went with.
Nice work, really like how it's full of colour :) Somethings may be a tad too saturated like the red wood on the green building, but apart from that I like it.
