Try inverting the green channel of the modo normal map for a start. You can tick Invert Green on the texture layer. I think Rasmus makes a good point. Are the Green blocks on the Bridge wood? if so that bridge probably would not have any wood in it and if they are green stone probably need to change the color unless you make them drainage holes or something. I believe textools http://www.renderhjs.net/textools/ has a script for setting uv islands to smoothing groups. It looks like you have some other errors here too, that green decal with the wings should not be green, make sure the highpoly source mesh does not have inverted faces. And another bit a little lower on the map… -

I also personally liked when a thread had new replies it would show up Green as text. Now its always the same Grey color whether there are new replies or not. The only difference is there is a "NEW" button next to it. But that being in Grey as well seems to blend in and its not as easy when you are reading off the titles.… -
