So, my concern being that you can't really use these branded cars without a license from the manufacturer. That basically means you cant release commercial product with them in there.

Great looking prop! Looks like she may have scratched something out / written more words in red sharpie just above the blue diamond design in the screen cap. Cant make out what it says at all though. Keep it up!
To be honest...you can bake a lightmap using the scanline renderer and light it with the skylight and use light tracer and get a decent AO bake that way. Floaters won't cast shadows if you use this method.
