Yeah I have to agree with you there Baddcog, it does sound relatively painful, and I have to say I am now more than ever glad that I am not going to mess with TorchED for anything more than a good reference system. TorchED does seem like a pretty painful program to learn... I still dont' quite understand some of the tools… -

@Blond yeah FK/IK matching is a pain. There are tools out there meant to take the pain off of it, might give those a try. you can extract torso motion out to locators and use those to drive the IK controllers for segments when you need it, or just use them as guide to key the IK arms. -

That would require re-UVing unfortunately Eric. That and attempting to Bridge a complete ring many times will angle the edges , so now you have an extra step to remake into rings. Mark, tried the retriangulate. No difference. I did attempt the ribbon/edges/spin edge, but it does the same issue as bridging complete rings,… -

seems a bit too paperish right now too, I'd gloss it up you know? Most things in the mushroom kingdom are shiny... Also I would add a couple more spans along the base mesh,, those points seem a tad to noticeable, and it doesn't seem as though it would rig as well with such few spans. -
