I'll take a look at that as well, though the HD 620 Graphics concerns me. I took a look at the Vaio Z Canvas as well, but haven't heard many 3D app users talk about it.
What I want to see: Able to re-sell educational Z-brush licence Cheaper educational licence (actually available from their website) Or Do what Autodesk has done with their educational licences
Tried both, no luck :/ both z and rgb intensities are at 100. It shows it without a mask in the viewport but in tools it shows it has a mask on the arms and torso and it wont let me sculpt on it. Any other ideas?
oh yeah z axis rotation ,will do that thanks for that! Arms havent been sculpted yet thats what i will be doing now. Tentacles will be somekind of facehugger, probbably will need to rethink them thanks !
Or you can avoid this usually by hitting "Z" with the object you wanna zoom in on selected - it will zoom all viewports to fit the object in, then you can pan/rotate/zoom with the selected object as the "focus point".

Hey guys, In zBrush I'm trying to get a symmetry on the X axis on a basic box, but not in mirroir, I want it to do a reverse mirroir. I can get a similar thing with x+z but I want it to work in diagonal...Like so Any way of doing this?...Thanks
hello everyone,this is my first thread and i hope it's a right place to post.my problem is with layers in z brush. whenever i quit hd geometry my layers will be gone. even if i go back to hd geo again (with highest subdiv level)they don't comeback. thanks
