While check this out I stumbled upon this like, really late... :( http://www.geforce.com/landingpage/geforce-skin-it-to-win-it-contest-us Entries close at 11:59 p.m. GMT on September 6th, 2012. Awesome Trailer should be #1 of 2012. :)
Looks to me that they only really focus on the US prices - new game prices are typically the same on Steam as they are in shops - $59. The fact that they don't have to package & ship games means they probably don't have to worry about competition from physical shops.
gah, I got a 250gb WD harddrive for $59 and then found out later today I could of gotten a 200gb Maxtor for $29. What's worse is I bought Quake 4 a few days ago and now I see it's on sale for half price.
Because: [starts November 6, 2017 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT)] Basically mean it start November 7. it's 3 AM for east coast, 8/10AM for most europe. Go to bed people won't be out before tomorrow :D
I rather like this dvd by Dylan Cole on matte painting. http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/store/product/59/The-Techniques-of-Dylan-Cole-3 The end result is a bit photochoppy in areas, but it really shows how you can combine painting and photos in unique ways.
I`m such a poor excuse for a gamer :P only thing that got my total hours up a bit was TF2 Username: RAVENSLAYER Games Owned: 59 Games Played: 13 Games Never Played: 46 Percentage Played: 22.03 % Total Hours: 128.10
Exciting stuff. Unfortunately I bought Silo 1.42 before July 2005 so looks like I'll need to take the $59 upgrade option. Still worth it. Great that they finally sorted out the interface. Edit: The version I bought was actually Silo 1.3.
