I would guess the standard is closer to 10/cm in this day and age. Bear in mind this doesn't mean you have to have 4K textures on everything - it might mean that a 4m wall is tiling a 1K texture 4 times. Typically enviro assets will have multiple layered textures in the materials to reduce that kind of obvious repetition.…
Seeing how Unearthly Challenge is just around the corner I figured that I would warm up the old zbrushing skill with a quick scultp of a tutorial I found. Nothing special really.

It's a futuristic japonese tower. A modular kit. The modular kit is not done. The windows is a little weird. I wonder if this model is correct for the new gen modeling standard. 10 000 poly the entire tower.
