Hi. Is UV channel 2 for the cement necessary? If the the cement texture tiles just right in terms of scale he could use the 1st channel right? -

as long as you don't have overlaid UVs in the 0,1 space in your 1st channel, the specular lightmap seam wont show. as far as i know. -

Isn't a "DetailTexture" the revolutionary thing within Soldier of Fortune (the 1st one). They found the method out in like Quake2, so decided to try it out or something -
