The New Workflow Age for Unreal V no polycount no baked lights?
How will change our workflow for this new tech revolution? I am amazed by the new Unreal V tech demo , but especially by the announce of Lumen the new global light dynamic system that promises the same fidelty of illumination of baked light in dynamic conditions... What do you think? -

well yeah, but i wanna use a easy to work with engine, which do you suggest? im not as new to modeling as i am to game modeling haha... but overall which engine should I shoot for? i think the UT2k4 with a polycount of 5K, and if they use spec maps, then i'll go with that, since i wanna use a spec map for this reallllly… -

Maya Lag with high polycount
Hi I was wondering if anyone can tell me if installing maya on an SSD and having the project files loaded on it will help when i import and use very high poly meshes from ZBrush.
