This was posted on polycount a couple years ago the RGB map near the end that just has R and G channel, I think is the flow map for her hair. We have a similar set up at my job, though its for realistic looking hair. normal, spec, flow, ao, albedo.
Even if you plan to work on a fragment I suggest to block the whole thing first [add basic head and feet ] so you have some way to check if proportions are correct Nude pics are perfectly fine on Polycount and its most likely to lead to specific critique rather then generic gibberish

Check out the SDK thread http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70908 it has lots of character models, provided for free by polycount users some of which are already rigged. Just be clear with how you credit things, claim credit for your animations, but make sure to credit the makers of the models.
Thank you so much RN for taking time out of your day to help. What you posted is so useful and really made me understand it a lot better. I'm gonna read through the polycount link you posted now and look more at Crocotile3D art. Thanks again!
hey Peris, great to see your sketchbook here. i've admired your scene setting and color work since you've been posting on polycount... why don't you post all of the recent ones you've posted in the sketch thread to this thread so we can see 'em altogether?
