your mood board has some big differences between each concept, I'm intrigued to see where you'd take this! if using modo, look into rounded edge shader technique. can potentially save you hours of modeling and retopo work. -
3dsmax's "Peel Mode" - Maya equivalent?
Hey, in 3dsmax there the amazing "Peel Mode" where I can pin verts and pull and push the UV's to get straight results really quickly. Wondering if theres a Maya equivalent? :) -

Completely agree Ive found that Mod leaders can be very enthusiastic about the project, but that enthusiasm wavers, up and down. So you might work on a model only to find no one really bothered when its done. Also what i think is a very big problem is mod leaders over recruit, or simply recruit people that cant do the… -

Completely Modeless UI. Tooltips and explanations for every item in preferences and UI customizations. Caddy-less/gestured control over tools/operations like in Modo. Consolidation of Ribbon and Roll-up Bar. Game Artist Mode for quick loading and less cluttered interface. -
Brush in screen mode "zbrush"
