My Docs > Maya > 2xxx > Prefs (delete the prefs folder) Its a complete reset of prefs to maya's default, but when nothing else works it usually does :) , granted you have to go and redo all your preferences and such. Maya - Blendshape along curve?
It is possible to make a blendshape not transform linearly, but instead attach it to a curve which it transforms along or something? Maybe a blendshape could be combined with a deformer to get the effect? I'm trying to simulate flower petals opening, but the linear transition isn't very great for it. -

Hmm, maybe Max is affected negatively by ATI drivers on a less frequent basis than Maya. -

Yes, but I've had the problem with just moving something from Maya to Max as .obj. Maybe my versions are just too old. -
Re: 2048x2048 texture in Maya, blurry as shit.
I know that Max viewports wont show larger than 512x512 textures (256x256 by default) perhaps there is a workaround for this?? Maybe Maya is similar.
