The horns and head are the best parts imho, torso and armour also look nice but the feet look a bit odd to me. The human feet with cloven hoof shoes doesnt work for me but I cant quite put my finger on exactly why. I think he could use a big weapon, an axe or halberd maybe, combined with a menacing pose.
